All types of paper can easily be cut on the laser. whether pure wood pulp, blended with fabric, thick or thin. Very thin paper may require special handling. It is helpful to have extra to test before lasering.

Thick card is a popular material for laser cutting. It can be cut for temorary stencils, engraved to produce an embossed effect, and it is one of the hardier common paper products.

Whether for framing, stencils, or a variety of other projects, mat board can be cut and engraved well on the laser. Please note that for framing the laser produces a straight, not beveled, edge.
